How pricing works

Every store is different.
So is every deal.

Partnerships are a monthly retainer plus a success fee tied to what we’re working toward. The retainer covers the ongoing engineering time. The success fee lines up my incentives with yours: I only make the upside if your store makes it too.

I don’t publish a number on this page because I’d be lying to you. A store doing $100k/month and a store doing $2M need very different things from me, and pretending otherwise would just waste everyone’s time.
