Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 10, 2026
This page explains how CleanShopLab (“I”, “me”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information. CleanShopLab is a one-person Shopify performance studio run by Jérémie Vuong.
What I collect
When you submit a form on this site (lead form, contact form, or newsletter), I store the email address you provide, along with any other information you choose to share (name, store URL, revenue range, message). I also collect the date and time of submission and the intent behind it (sprint, call, partner, contact, newsletter).
I do not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking on this site at the moment. If that changes, I will update this page.
Why I collect it
- To respond to your inquiry and deliver the service you requested.
- To send you the CleanShop News newsletter, if you explicitly subscribed.
- To keep records for tax, accounting, and legal compliance.
Where it lives
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on a Supabase instance in the European Union, accessed through a Hono API running on a Railway VPS. I do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data I hold about you. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing me at [email protected]. I will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Lead data is retained for as long as we are in an active conversation, plus a reasonable follow-up window. If you ask me to delete your data, I will do so promptly. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
Changes to this policy
If I update this policy, the “last updated” date above will change. Material changes will be flagged in the newsletter if you are subscribed.
