Good to know.

Can I record the call?

Yes. I record every call by default and send you the link afterward, along with a written summary of what we covered.

What if I need more than 30 minutes?

If it’s clearly bigger than a single call, I’ll tell you before we book and suggest the bundle or a Sprint instead. If we run over by 5 to 10 minutes on the day, I don’t clock-watch.

What if I need implementation afterward?

I’ll quote a Sprint for bigger work, or credit the call fee toward it. For small fixes, we can discuss ad-hoc rates on the call.

Do calls expire in the bundle?

No. Use the 5 calls whenever they’re useful. Most people burn through them over 2 to 6 months as questions come up.

Refund policy?

Full refund if I can’t answer your question during the call. I’d rather lose the fee than waste your time.
